Evesham Retail Development

A planning application has been submitted for a proposed retail development at Four Pools, Evesham.

The development site is currently home to R Sinclair Ltd Transport Contractors, who plan to relocate to new, larger premises at Vale Park, Evesham.

The proposed development will comprise a number of large retail (A1 Use Class), units targeted towards retailers who otherwise are not able to locate in Evesham Town Centre.
