Planning Application for 5-6 Greenfield Crescent, Edgbaston

Working with Calthorpe Estates, plans have been submitted to refurbish 5-6 Greenfield Crescent and form a rear extension sympathetic to the period property's features. The extension will provide an opportunity to create retail space of 391sqm at ground floor and open plan office space at first and second floor. ​

Greenfield Crescent is one of the oldest surviving crescents in Birmingham and is at the heart of Calthorpe’s Edgbaston Village. The aim is to ‘retain the character of the properties to attract independent operators and to rejuvenate this classic part of the estate.
